APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Motion by Lingle, Second by Hamann to 

approve amended agenda.

CALL TO THE PUBLIC: None           

OLD BUSINESS: None  

NEW BUSINESS: 

Planning Commission Charge: Motion by Lowe, second by Schlittler to set the

cost of a Special Planning Commission at $750.00. Motion Carried 5-0.

Sitelines - Motion by Schlittler, second by Lingle to reimburse Site Lines $250.00

for work done on Norton Rd. Roll Call Vote 5-0. Motion Carried.

Clark Hill - Motion by Schlittler, second by Lingle to pay Clark Hill $1,915.17 for 

attorney services rendered. Roll Call Vote 5-0. Motion Carried.

Fire Authority Budget-  Motion by Hamann, second by Lingle to table the budget

amendments for the Fire Authority. Motion Carried 5-0.
