#1 c, Crematory definition, under Old Business to be moved to New Business;
2) add Section 3.02 Figure 3-8 Cul-de-Sac diagram under New Business; 3) add
discussion on Text Amendments & Ordinance process under New Business.

Waste Water Utility Systems – Proposed Text Amendments The
Planning Commission members reviewed the January 3, 2007 memo from the Board
of Trustees regarding proposed text amendments.
The Planning Commission requested the following changes. 1)

“Systems” and add the word residential to the third sentence 2)

- Section 17.31 B 1 d. remove ‘relative to current conditions and
projections for fifteen (15) years in the future 3)

– Section 17.31 B 1 e iv remove ‘system’ and insert utility building 4)

– Section 17.31 B 1 e vi to read ‘the location of existing and future
structures, drains, water mains, and other utilities within the proposed
development and five hundred feet from the proposed development’ 5)

Wiedman-Clawson left the meeting @ 9:00 p.m. Jean Root
motioned to table this agenda item to the January 30, 2007 regular meeting,
John Enos to make amendments and provide a clean copy along with answers to
questions asked tonight. Dave

Commercial Developments The Planning Commission members requested the
